AiKiDo the Ultimate Self Defense Martial Art in Arlington , TX
Aikido is a dynamic, non-violent and powerful martial art which is based on circular/non-linear/sword movements, and blending with one or more attackers, throwing or pinning them into submission.
Wooden Sword ( Bokken ) and staff ( Jo ) are also used in training. Our program is based on traditional martial art.
Progress comes to those who train and train; reliance on secret techniques will get you nowhere.

Mastery of Aikido is to achieve the proper state of non linear movement ( flow ) and becoming physically / mentally centered which is only achieved by regular proper training. Aikido is not using physical strength and linear movements. Using physical size / strength to perform a so called technique to subdue an attacker is not Aikido.
When an opponent comes forward, move in and greet him; if he wants to pull back, send him on his way.
